Tip of the Week - Two owners - One tax notice

Here is a quick method for allowing two full names to print on a single tax notice.

1. Select the folio with you wish to edit
2. If both owners have identical last name, edit the primary owner 'First Name' field by adding a space and the firt name of the spouse directly after the first name which appears in this field.

for example:

If you have Jon Smith and Barb Smith as two owners, edit Jon (First Name field) to say Jon and Barb
